This map is massive.
Not only because it has many rooms with lots of trash.
Also it has a ton of objects to remove.
You can literally remove almost everything but this is optional.

If you really want to remove everything it is best to place one of the mini teleporters onto the balcony so it can launch stuff down onto the ground so you can then teleport larger stuff out of the house but don't directly place the stuff onto the teleporter because it will kick the second teleporter away where you have placed it.

In multiplayer it is best that clients do not enter all rooms from the beginning because it then syncs in all the bodies what will then cause a lot of lag.
Best is to clear room after room.
