The “Nibiru”-class Escort Frigate is another small-scale anti-ship spinal gun platform. Compared to the "Sunset Abyss"Class Pursuit Destroyer, it is smaller and more agile. Its excellent acceleration performance remains unchanged. The mass production of the ship became possible thanks to a super-capacitor component, recovered in large quantities from the ruins of megastructures belonging to a precursor civilization. The “Nibiru”-class typically serves as an escort for large capital ships or transport vessels, guarding against potential surprise attacks by hostile fast targets. In some operations, it also utilizes its own agility to participate in surgical strikes or harassment actions against enemy deep-strike targets.
