Restored L4D1 Ghost HUD + L4D1 Tip Graphics

Description
Recreates the ghost infected hud from L4D1's versus mode, and brings in L4D1's tipgraphics alongside some new ones made by me.

that's the exact bug I had with the mod when I used the gameinfo.txt trick. I'm not sure what else causes it, unfortunately.

If it's not any workshop mod, it's something else with your files, but that I don't know exactly. The mod's screenshots show the mod working perfectly. It's something with your game.

i dont think so, cuz i've disable all the mods except this one, and its still happening

if the icons are conflicting, you have a conflicting icons mod.

You might be trying to use the gameinfo.txt trick, I presume. This mod is oddly not compatible with that somehow.
