Oh also make sure its the 2X reddto and not the 1x redot or any other scope you are using. And ofc after subscribing to the mod you have to restart the game and so on no new there.

GCFScape to open and extract VPK.exe files, then VTFEdit to get the texture fro the scope. then a little photoshop skill and turn it back into a VTF file and turn the stuff into a VPK file again.
