The ACR is a modular assault rifle platform originally developed by Magpul as the Masada and later refined by Bushmaster and Remington. Designed for adaptability, it allows quick caliber and barrel changes, making it suitable for a variety of combat roles. Chambered primarily in 5.56×45mm NATO, the ACR features a gas piston system, ambidextrous controls, and rugged construction. Despite limited military adoption, it gained iconic status in video games and among firearms enthusiasts.
