Set Recharge Power to 50,000 kW

Description
This MOD modifies the emergency recharge power and required time in the roadside assistance service.

1. Power set to 50,000 kW.
2. Charging price set €0.40 per kilowatt
3. Emergency charging base fee: €50.
4. Charging duration is set to 10 hours.
