Warn Addon V3

A simple and reliable warning system for Garry's Mod that allows administrators to manage rule-breakers effectively. Automatically bans after three warnings and maintains complete violation history.

Usage Guide:

For Players:
1. Type !warn in chat to view your warnings
2. Automatic permanent ban after 3rd warning

For Administrators:
1. Issuing warnings:
- Open menu (!warn)
- Go to "Issue Warning" tab
- Select player and optionally specify reason

2. Removing warnings:
- Open "Warning Management" tab
- Enter player's SteamID
- Click "Find Warnings"
- Click on specific warning to remove it

3. Unbanning:
- System automatically unbans when warnings reduced below 3
- For special cases, use standard unban commands

Known Issues

1. Some harmless console errors may appear:
- GetID() errors - doesn't affect functionality
- UnbanID errors - system still works correctly

2. Currently only available in Russian. I can try do English localization but only if that really need.

3. In rare cases when removing warnings for offline players, manual unban might be required.
