Realistic Logistics Rules

Description
In this MDO, I've adjusted various parameters to better reflect real-world conditions:

1. Fuel Costs: In reality, drivers refuelling at their logistics company's depot typically do so free of charge. The company procures and stores fuel in bulk, absorbing the cost upfront. However, in ETS2, drivers still pay for fuel, which is unrealistic. As simulating the bulk purchase and upfront payment isn't feasible, I've set the fuel cost to approximately €0.80 per litre. This price is more realistic for a high-volume corporate customer compared to ETS2's default €1.50 per litre.

2. Cancellation Penalties: Realistically, cancelling or breaching a transport contract rarely incurs penalties as high as €12,000. Fines are typically around €100-€500, or sometimes non-existent, primarily covering the company's lost time. Consequently, I've reduced the cancellation penalty to €300.

3. Job Validity Periods: In the real world, companies posting transport jobs usually set validity periods ranging from a minimum of 30 minutes (or upon timeout) up to 168 hours (7 days) or longer. ETS2's default range of 3-30 hours is clearly unrealistic. I have therefore adjusted the job validity period to 30 minutes - 168 hours.

4. Urgent Job Compensation: Real-world transport economics dictate that more urgent jobs command significantly higher freight rates. In ETS2, the premium for 'Urgent' jobs is only 40% over 'Easy' jobs, which is unrealistic. I have increased the compensation accordingly:

Urgent Jobs: Increased to twice the rate of Easy jobs.
Express Jobs: Increased to one-and-a-half times the rate of Easy jobs.
Easy Jobs: Remain unchanged.

5. Cargo Market vs Freight Market: ETS2 realistically simulates lower freight rates when the driver only owns the truck, as the trailer cost is borne by the company. However, if a driver owns their own trailer, they incur its purchase and maintenance costs – costs otherwise covered by the company. Therefore, they should receive higher compensation. ETS2's Cargo Market (owning trailer) only offers a 10% premium over the Freight Market. To reflect the real cost shift to the driver, I have doubled the Cargo Market compensation compared to the Freight Market.

Compatibility has been verified for versions subsequent to 1.50.
