Minor Punishment for Cargo Damage

Description
In this MOD, I've revised the penalties associated with cargo damage:

Financial Penalty:
• Old System: €5 fixed deduction per 1% damage + an additional deduction of 4% of the total reward per 1% damage
• New System: €1 fixed deduction per 1% damage + an additional deduction of 1% of the total reward per 1% damage

Experience (XP) Penalty:
• Old System: 5 XP deduction per 1% damage + an additional deduction of 4% of total XP per 1% damage
• New System: 1 XP deduction per 1% damage + an additional deduction of 1% of total XP per 1% damage


Compatibility has been verified for versions subsequent to 1.50.

Users are encouraged to report any technical anomalies encountered during implementation.
