[Vmanip] MW19 Flashbang animations

Description
Requires Vmanip Base, or any other version of Vmanip base as well as any other quick Grenade addon

To use the mod make sure to bind the command "+quickFlashnade" to whichever key you'd like by typing in the console "bind [your key] +quickFlashnade"

@UNIT1 noticed that whilst testing the addon a while back, never really gave it any thought considering it was present in the original as well, but as soon as I get the chance I'll see if I can fix it some how :/

theres a small bug where you can spam flashbangs even while the throw animation is playing

yo, can you replace the sounds with mw19 ones? (also do same with hl2 grenades, if possible)

@KfromYah try disabling all your addons expect this one and it's required addons then see if the problem remains
