A Standalone Leviathan Overhaul

Leviathans: an endgame animal that most would even struggle to take down. Supposedly, their pearls are worth a fortune. Now that you've finally taken one down after losing half your squad, you now have it... a single 12,000 cat pearl... That's it???

This mod will finally curb that issue by making leviathans actually WORTH hunting, and rewarding to do so. In addition to dropping a leviathan pearl, leviathans will also drop keratin, animal skins, and prime meat.

Prime meat is another (more nutrient-dense) meat that can be cooked or combined with bread to make prime meatwraps (a much more efficient meatwrap variant.)

With keratin, the player can craft keratin armor- a specialized form of "leather" armor akin to the plate jacket, but with higher protection.

In addition to the new items are leviathan hunters which will spawn randomly in the Leviathan Coast, holding a treasure trove of the associated leviathan items. Take them on if you dare, but their stats are just as high as you yourself must be to even enter the Leviathan Coast.

Due to the nature of this mod, I highly recommend pairing it with "The Leviathan Ronin" to open up easier trade and a place to rest from within the Leviathan Coast. Leviathan Ronin also adds a gamestart from within the Leviathan Coast as well.
