Quick Stack Gun [OpenStarbound Fix]

Description
Added support for OpenStarbound so Shift+B hotkey (or anything you change it to!!) works (one line fix) - without the gun

Note: This only works with OpenStarbound, use the original below for default starbound!

Doesn't require the other addon (unsubscribe from that or it may conflict!!!) as it's a quick fix repack

What Is This Mod For?
- This mod is an attempt to bring "Quickstack to nearby chests" feature of Terraria.

How Do I Use It?
Adds a new tool 'Quick Stack Gun' to your crafting menu. After you craft one;
- Left click to quickstack to nearby chests
- Right click to configure chest scan range.

Awesome! Good to have this fixed.

Does this account for the extra cosmetic slots which were recently added? You'll need to add `cosmetic1` through `cosmetic12` to the list of slots it ignores, otherwise anything you're wearing in them might be quickstacked!
