Modifies the "Nurse" role from Vanilla Ideologies Expanded.
Gives nurses a new ability called Medical Assist, which boosts medical tend quality, medical tend speed and medical surgery success chance by 80% for nearby allies. This way they are actually helping the specialists work, like a nurse would.
Originally the nurse only does medical but are worse at medical than the medical specialists. This made the nurse a detrimental role. With this mod Nurses can still do crafting, intellectual and violent tasks.
