Compatibility patch for US Car Culture and Cip's Real AI Traffic FMOD Sound

Load order:
-US Car Culture - FMOD Patch
-US Car Culture
-Real AI Traffic FMOD Sound Mod


Don't use at the same time as `US Car Culture - Sound Fixes Compatibility Patch`, as both modify the same files. Only the mod higher up in the load order will be used.
You can still use Sound Fixes, but any sound for cars in USSC will come from the FMOD Sound mod.
If you use Sound Fixes in your game for other sounds make sure it loads below the `Real AI Traffic FMOD Sound` mod.
