Throws a Sickle Boomerang forward! The Boomerang carries any opponent it hits along with it as it travels away then back toward you. Emulates the effect of Vi to the best of it's ability. It's not 1:1, so I can't say it's quite tourney legal, but it's pretty close. Shoutouts to Fella for helping me figure out what a custom box is, and PsnDth for help with autolink shenanigans.
