Swapper swaps wand skin

When you attack a swapper that is holding a wand, your wand's skin will be exchanged with its wand's skin (Trick kills doesn't count).
The swapper will only swap wand skin once each time it picked up a wand.

Also work with wand skin from mod.

The original reason I wanted to make this mod was to keep the wand skin that I like (a skin from another mod). I didn't want to add a new entity to the game, so I looked for a way to add the mechanic to an existing entity.
