Touhou Combine Screen Replacers

Replaces a select few combine monitors with Touhou stuff, those screens include:
Nova prospekt prison map
Nova prospekt teleporter screen
Both of the bridge status screens from Highway 17 (no images, game crashes for me on d2_coast_08)

I tried to replace the breen static one in water hazard aswell, but its applied to a wonky brush that won't let it display a full image.
