I don't need scrap metal.
When you fuse items, scrap is no longer generated.

Man, whats with the simple equipment mod requirement. Seems like an unnecessary intrusion.

Would it be possible to make a version of this that only makes the fuse success guaranteed without changing other parts of equipment?
