npc control

Description
You can use this tool to spawn, slay, and control NPCs, this includes making them attack players and NPCs, making them move, or just plain kill them. Added the ability to control and spawn Actors, plans to create speech are soon to come! You can make actor's do animations -Added a few new NPCs to the NPC menu -Broke NPC specifics into a new catagory for later plans.

Errors happened during first start up of gmod's default map. >w>
Are these save 2 ignore if I'm just playing on single player 4 now? ?w?
