Smash Handicap

Description
A simple buddy that adds the handicap feature from Super Smash Bros! Enter playtest mode to set your percentage for every stock. Useful for casual games where one player is more skilled than the other. NOTE: This uses synced vars to store the handicap percent, so it may break workshop content that relies on synced vars!
