Description
You just need to own Contact. You don't have to activate it in the launcher

Situation
Eight UAPs appeared worldwide. Russia secured one near Vladivostok, then occupied Livonia after a second has appeared. The objects began emitting strange, language-like, hums, prompting global scientific cooperation.

Just as answers seemed close, Russia went dark—and started deploying heavy forces near the Quarantine Zone. Fears of a first strike are mounting.


Mission
Your mission is to uncover why Russia has severed all ties and ceased cooperation with other nations in investigating the Visitors, while simultaneously increasing its troop presence near the Quarantine Zone.

Got the same thing as Chase. Redownloaded, tried with only Aegis, does the same thing. Player cannot move after the cutscene.

I don't use any mods which change AI behaviour, might have to try redownloading

@Chase disable all AI, movement, etc mods or redownload the mission - or you are the *one* unlucky guy that has this problem

Unable to move at all after the initial dialogue. Literally just frozen in place and can basically only open my inventory or look at the map

I do not understand why this mission will not function, the only scenario that tanks my game to 5 FPS and crashes the game.
