[LM] FIX - Raccoon Skeleton (B42)

Description
Makes the skeleton available on the floor after buchering a raccoon. All the material is already in the vanilla files, the code was probably left in its initial build state and forgotten/overlooked when the material was eventually added. Will be trashed when it is fixed in the vanilla game.
