Description
After long enough time of enduring & escaping from colored Boomer Army especially Majin Boomer, Ellis finally got his ray of hope back when the survivor arrived at an abandoned family restaurant. He saw a man with orange-blue outfits & some strange hair spikes on his black hair that was eating burgers & any foods so energetically.
Ellis: "Oh my God oh my God... Finally..., FINALLY......!!! My hero...!!!" *got very excited like a kid finally got his most favourite toy*
????: "Huh...?" *looked at Ellis with confused face*
Nick: "Coach... I think you can't beat that man in eating competition... He's already on his tenth plate with a mountain of foods..."
Coach: "I can still beat him if it's a cheese burger competition. My stomach has no limit for cheese burgers...!"
Rochelle: "He would be a good food streamer, if there weren't this zombie apocalypse. I like how he ate so happily."
Nick: "Ellis, don't just go & hug him so tight like that. Tell us who he is..."
Coach: "You're jealous, Nick...?" *chuckled*
Rochelle: "Ahhaaa......" *smirked*
Nick: "Look. I'm still a normal guy, you know. I still love women..."
Coach: "Like Ellis' mom...? Hahahahahah...!!"
Rochelle: "Your mom's car..." *mimicked Nick's voice & tone*
Nick: "Ah, whatever...!"
Ellis: "Don't you guys know...? He's the one we've been waiting for! He's the only one who can beat Majin Boo...!"
????: "Majin Boo is here...?!" *shocked*
Ellis: "Yeah, the fat one! Only you can beat him, Goku...!"
Nick: "Goku...?"
Goku: "Yes. My name is Son Goku... Can you tell me what happened to Majin Boo...?"

Ellis then explained what had happened so enthusiastically, like a kid who was so eager to tell his stories to his favourite people. When they ask whether he had also got thrown to their world by a mischievous god named "Black Liege", he shook his head. He said that he met that god, but just before that god sent him to L4D world, he went there by himself by using teleportation.
Goku: "Actually I never thought that Majin Boo would be stuck here too. I guess I have to bring him back, so Mr. Satan won't be so worried anymore."
Ellis: "Then why did you deliberately go to this world, Goku?"
Goku: "I'm pursuing a bad saiyan guy... I can sense him somewhere in this world."
Ellis: "That sounds like a disaster... Or maybe not, if Superman meets him & hold him until you come!"
Goku: "Who is Superman?"
Ellis: "He's also a strong man like you!"
Goku: "A strong man, huh... Now I'm getting excited...!" *smiled in joy*
Ellis: "But wait, don't fight him! He's on the good side that helps us fight zombies..."
Goku: "I know. Don't worry. I'll just ask him to have a friendly fight later after I catch the bad saiyan guy & the zombie guys..."

Before he left, Ellis asked him to teach him & his friends one of his iconic tecniques, "Kamehameha". At first Goku was reluctant as usually people would take time to learn it. However, after seeing how they could call forth lightning from their melee weapons & shoot laser from their eyes, he made up his mind to teach them.
Nick: "So, we need to be in bare hands to use this Kamehame stuff, huh... I wish I could use it with a gun or a sword."
Ellis: "Now that you mentioned it, Goku ever used Kamehameha with his feet. I think I want to give a try..." *picked a baseball bat nearby*
Coach: "Ellis, don't try something dangerous. Even Goku hasn't tried that yet."
Nick: "Let's just stay further away for awhile. I think he's going to explode."
Ellis: "Gather the Ki at the tip of the baseball bat... Focus... Then... Ka..., me..., ha..., melee..., ha...!!"

Ellis swung his baseball bat with the sky as the target. Somehow, the energy beam of "Kamehameha" was successfully created & shot to the sky.
Ellis: "Woohoo...!! Yeah, baby...!! That's how to make it cool...!!"
Nick: "So as adults, how long are we going to babysit this kid with his new favourite toy...?"

Later Ellis became Goku's the most talented disciple among other survivors that also learned "Kamehameha", as he's the one inventing "Kamehameha" on melee weapons that later other survivors followed his footsteps by using melee to shoot "Kamehameha" energy beam.


& that's for the long background story for "Celestial Melee: Kameha Melee" for fun :D . So, yes, this mod allows melee to shoot a big light blue energy beam that Goku often does. Most of the mechanisms are the same as "Celestial Melee: Lightning Sparks" along with how to register any melee with this superpower on the cfg file. You can check "Celestial Melee: Lightning Sparks" for the main instructions & mechanisms.


There are 2 cfg files available:
  1. "celestial melee - kameha melee.txt": The main cfg file that contains main features of this mod. List of contents:
    - kameha_melee_user: Who can use this feature (bots/ players/ all).
    - kameha_melee_damage: The damage of "Kamehameha" beam.
    - kameha_melee_swing_count: How many melee swings until "Kamehameha" power is collected.
    - kameha_melee_gore_mode: When enabled, common infected will be gibbed when killed with "Kamehameha".
    - burning_kamehameha: When enabled, "Kamehameha" will burn zombies.

  2. "registered melee.txt": The cfg file to register melee with this superpower. Follow the writing formats on the cfg file, like:
    crowbar.mdl = 1 models/weapons/melee/v_fireaxe.mdl = 1 bat.mdl = 1


Specific mechanisms of "Kameha Melee":
  • Keep swinging your registered melee until you get a notification about "Kamehameha Power".

  • Hold E (Use) & then attack with that melee to unleash "Kameha Melee" energy blast.

  • Unlike my other laser weapon mods, "Kameha Melee" energy beam only lasts for less than 1 second. The beam direction is also fixed at where you're looking when using "Kameha Melee", so if you turn away, the beam won't follow you.

  • After shooting "Kameha Melee", your melee attack speed will be reduced until the next attack.

  • "Kameha Melee" attack damage is split into 2 parts: "Direct Hit Damage" & "Energy Beam Damage".

  • "Direct Hit Damage" has a cross-shaped hit mark consisting of 9 hit points (2 points each on top, bottom, left, & right, & one at the center of crosshair). This is only triggered once, & zombies in the front will get hit by this. The damage is based on how many hit points land on the zombie (it's like shotgun, but with fixed cross-shaped spread directions). The closer to the "Kamehameha" user, the more damage. Survivor teammates are immune to this damage.

  • "Energy Beam Damage" is the damage from the energy beam. It lasts for less than 1 second (0.75 second more exactly), & deals damage every 0.2 second. This energy beam is split to 2 types of damage: "Flat Damage" & "Kamehameha Damage". "Flat Damage" only deals 1 damage, & survivor teammates can also take damage from it. As for "Kamehameha Damage", it follows the damage setting on the cfg file, & survivors are immune to this damage. Common infected can't withstand energy beam, so they will die instantly when hit by this even with only 1 damage.

  • "Kameha Melee" can damage object, but only on "Direct Hit Damage" part.


Now, you can try it yourself about how it feels like to do a "Ka-me-ha-me-ha" thing... :D

NOTES:
  • You can use this together with "Celestial Melee: Lightning Sparks", as long as you register different melee on each mod, to prevent a bug when both superpowers are shot at the same time.
