Description
You can pause the Power Shafts so they act as Power Switches. Vertical Switches are intentionally left out as a balancing attempt.

Note:
- Since this is not officially supported in the game (there is no behavior like that), it's a bit finicky to implement. I have so far patched many crashes that I can see, especially when deleting a building in a power network with a paused Shaft. I fixed it by temporarily unpause all of them before deleting and pause them again after. If you still encounter crash, please contact me.
- Currently Moddable Bindito does not work with both Automation or TimberApi (an attempt to make it compatible with Automation crashes TimberApi instead). To make it work with TimberApi (but not Automation), please download v7.1.1 at https://mod.io/g/timberborn/m/for-modders-moddable-bindito#description for now. Please use the latest Moddable Bindito v7.1.3
