3. Apple Park – High-tech circular campus in Cupertino.
4. Walt Disney Concert Hall – A sculptural masterpiece by Frank Gehry in Downtown Los Angeles.
5. Film Studio – General Hollywood-style backlot.
6. Geisel Library – Brutalist university landmark from UC San Diego.
7-8. LA Office 1 & 2 – Generic office towers in Southern California.
9. SFO Tower – Air traffic control tower in San Francisco International Airport.
10. Staples Center – Sports arena, home of Los Angeles Lakers.
11. US Bank Tower – A defining spire of the LA skyline.
12. Wells Fargo Plaza – A high-rise from the financial district San Diego.
13. LAX Theme Building – A retro-futuristic landmark at Los Angeles International Airport.
14. Lifeguard Tower – Coastal features from SoCal beaches.
Bonus: Changi Dome (not really in Cali) – Glass dome of Singapore Changi International Airport.

Some buildings in this pack (such as Apple Park) are large in scale and may be difficult to place or remove. It is strongly recommended to prepare terrain and save your game in advance.

Thanks! In fact, the new Apple headquarter is currently one of the largest structure in the world, even larger than the Pentagon. I actually downsized its default size a little bit in the game so it wouldn't look too out of scale compared to other buildings.

To be honest, I've probably never seen all of these buildings. But I think the creator accurately depicted the size, so when you look at it like this, the Apple Center is amazing. They must have a lot of money. Thank you.

They are assets under the assets menu, and there are options of making them as residential/commercial/industrial buildings. Personally I see them as “unique” buildings that have different lot sizes and serve as landmarks so I probably wouldn’t want them to grow out of nowhere or have duplicates.
