Realistic Purge Opinion Modifiers

Description
Alright this mod is pretty simple. Basically, in Stellaris, if you genocide a species or two, basically the entire galaxy will hate you for all eternity. Frankly, it's ridiculous, and (judging from our own history) unrealistic.

This mod makes a few changes. The maximum opinion malus has been reduced, and the malus decay greatly increased. Why? Because people have short memories. This also applies to orbital bombardment killing pops. Because God forbid you nuke a few people to save a dozen transport ships from the meatgrinder.

Reminder we have active deals and treaties with multiple countries IN THE UN with ongoing genocides or human rights violations

If you say the planet youre bombing was promised to you 3000 cycles ago the galactic community will just watch.

people generally tend to forget this part about history because of how mystified WW2 has been, but it's true.

And yet it usually takes (relatively) no time at all for human countries to forgive other human countries for genocides, and we all have the same citizen species

"Why do sentient species hate me for genociding sentient species?" MY BOY, there is a REASON

Lol no problem, it bugged me too. Just wait twenty-to-thirty years for even the worst genocides to be forgotten, and you'll be good to diplomacize.
