[TTT2] Simple Spawn Protection

Description
This addon was made for Alf21's TT2 and won't work with any other TTT gamemode, including the builtin TTT.

This addons introduces a simple spawn protection feature to TTT2 after the roles are selected.

This addon introduces two new console variables:
- "ttt2_spawnprotection" - Can be either 1 or 0, turns on or off the spawnprotection
- "ttt2_spawnprotection_delay" - Defines how much time to protect players for.
