Residential Assets Rework

Description
This package contains 7 residential buildings as a rework from the Residential Assets.

The buildings have been completely renovated and the heights of the floors have also been adjusted. In the course of this, visitor magnets, adjustable floors and numerous new textures were added.

The rework does not replace the original. Buildings and garages that have not been reworked are not included in the package.

If I look closely, I can see that the roof tiles are all different colors, which is wonderful. Creating all the patterns on the walls is a lot of work. Thank you.
