Increased Supply - Valour

Description
This mod is basically the same as as my other Increased Supply mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3395398956), but with compatibility for Valour.

If it seems like this mod doesn't do anything it may have been loaded before Valour. In this case try disabling and re-enabling mods.

- Quadruples supply radius
- Sets resupply period to 1sec
- Sets supply regeneration period to 1sec (+1 supply every 1 sec)
- Sets number of resupplies to 10x

any chance you can make this mod also remove the limiter stopping you from resupplying stolen vics
