K'Rakoth Lords of the Cosmos: Naturally Spawning Tentacle Planets

A small patch for K'Rakoth: Lords of the Cosmos that allows the normally terriformer-only tentacle planets to spawn naturally around the universe with dungeons (K'Rakoth species dungeons specifically, as they have a slightly higher chance to spawn than the rest). TrueSpace compatible. Uses the spawn patterns of the other Tentacle Planet mod here on the Workshop for both vanilla and TrueSpace. It also uses a slightly edited planet description from that mod too.
