Requires 2 belts of sand and 1 belt of coal in between the sand input bridges (sources suggest input, while the void suggests the silicon output). Power will fluctuate; use the 7 smelter design for consistent power usage. This is functionally the same as the killall -q schematic which is currently the second most subscribed item on the workshop. This design uses 13 fewer copper and 20 fewer lead, making it economically superior. Whether or not the input spots work well for you is situational, so it's helpful to be subscribed to both schematics for edge cases.
