What does this mod do?
This mod uses ModAdjuster to overhaul all vanilla DLC and non-DLC wheels in the game to have better-balanced power draw and force output. This mod uses a script, so it will be compatible with other non-script mods that affect wheels

Changes:

- Tweaked SG wheel max force outputs

- Balanced all SG wheels at 0.1kw per newton

- Tweaked LG 5x5x5 wheel max force output

- Balanced LG wheels at 0.033kw per newton
