Description
I did some testing between move speeds irl (ooga booga brain).
Basically I crouch walked till the end of my corridor then came back and did the same thing while crawling.

My results were the following: (both values were rounded down, I got 32.1s and 16.4s
I crawled in 32s.
I crouch walked in 16s.

With that in mind I checked the vanilla crouch move speed and it's 75 u/s.
So I made crawling speed be 50% (37.5 u/s) of your crouching speed for realism purposes.

Only works in Local hosted servers and Singleplayer.

Actually I shot myself with a .50 cal and got beat by 2 friends of mine so I could do the crawling, ty!

So it's based on you suffering both friendly fire and being beat up by zombies!

Cool idea. But your test was based on healthy crawling, while in-game incapacitation means severe injury. Realistically, the speed should be even slower. 15–25 u/s would fit better for a wounded state.

great idea, i also thought the "faster crawling" was still was too slow, and constantly thought "i can crawl faster irl, this is absurd", glad i wasn't the only one

i gave up on fixing the thumbnail, damn you steam workshop.
