Description
Adds three bonuses to each ideology enhancing your capabilities to earn a culture victory.

Each ideology's final Civic now has a Mastery, each giving:
  • One unique way to earn artifacts
  • One unique option for slotting artifacts
  • One policy granting yields per slotted artifact

Not working for anyone else? Mod is clearly enabled in ingame page, but the Masteries do not show up

You can build it beforehand, but only modern-age improvements count, so you can get at most four artifacts from it. Conquering one should count, too.

Love this idea, seems like it will make the cultural victory a bit more interesting! For the Socialism mastery, do you have to wait to build the unique infrastructure for the first time until after the mastery is unlocked? Or does it mean you get the artifact once you build the unique infrastructure the first time after unlocking the mastery even if you've built one beforehand?

Yes but Endeavors last a fixed time. You can only run two at a time unless you're Franklin and they run for 15 turns. The modern age goes by fast, so it's not a given that the repetition will net you more artifacts than the other options in time.

My only issue, is perhaps the progressive method is way more easily repeatable than the others?
