Description
Adds new policies to the Modern Age designed to encourage War and increase the Ideological Divide. These are designed with Multiplayer in Mind and will likely be balanced with play-testing and feedback.

~Ideology Civics:

Liberalism:
-Eisenhower Doctrine: +50% Gold towards purchasing Commander Units

Radicalism:
-Total War: +40% towards purchasing Cavalry, -3 Influence and Happiness in all Settlements.

Centralism:
-Call To Arms: +100% Production towards Infantry Units, -10 Food in all Settlements.

Nationalism:
-Popular Front: +3 Combat Strength for Infantry Units.

Hegemony:
-Global Theatre +1 Movement for Embarked and Naval Units

Capitalism Mastery:
-Blitzkreig: +1 Movement for Cavalry Units.

Militarism Mastery:
-Mechanization: +1 Range for Ranged Units
