Description
Inspired by the eyeglow found on the Mann vs. Machine robots, this is a rework of the "Robotic Threat" unusual effect into a killstreak effect.

Features a Level 1 style that appears at killstreak 5+, and a Level 2 style that appears at killstreak 10+, which increases lightning/smoke frequency and adds lightning to the head. Also compatible with ALL current and future killstreak sheen colors.

Utilizes "Outline Glow" tech to achieve an inner eyeglow effect.
