Beautiful Dev Tools 1.0.1

Description
Reworks the Dev Tools interface with cleaner (dynamic) visuals, and varius QoL features.

I've noticed that most modders just get used to some... less beautiful parts of Rain World. One of the (unarguable) LEAST-pretty sections, is the Developer Interface.
Now I know that's the whole reason it's called Developer... But literally every modder uses it, and it's gotta get better at some point, so here we go:

Beautiful Dev Tools aims to completely overhaul the Dev UI so that you will no longer get a headache from looking at it. It's slick, outlined styling is dynamic; changing based on the pallete.

But the best feature of all: Room effect and object SEARCH. Search through effects to your hearts content! Gone are the days of scanning through every single page to find the single thing you were looking for.

(Oh, and also you can now just delete an effect instead of toggling!)

Changes:
1.0.1 - Quick update to fix weird RegionKit missing problems.

another bug issue, sorry im bad at explaining: sometimes while picking the palette number (for example you have palette 12), clicking anywhere else would make it would go down by one (this means each mouse click would make palette go become 11 instead)
i believe its fixed by restarting the game

It looks quite beautiful. Amazing work here, I really don't like how dev tools look and this mod makes it look actually good. :sans:

For some reason my dev tools don’t show when I open them with this mod and M4rbelous activated. If this could be fixed, that would be awesome! Else the mod is a total lifesaver

the thing is, it didnt even give me an exceptionlog, youve replied to my message already as well when i made the comment on june 29th x)

I've seen that problem actually!
I'm not sure quite why it's happening, but I think it's a RegionKit incompatibility.

this mod just straight up breaks the dev tools, and the game doesnt even throw an exceptionlog
once i activate the tools for first time, i cannot deactivate them after, and neither of the keys that do things in dev mode work

Hey! I tried using this mod, its super cool and the search function seems like a life saver. However I noticed you can't really easily Switch color palettes for rooms, either having to press the arrows really really fast for it to change, or double click the button to change palette.

I also had a weird issue of the color palette randomly changing back to a color palette that was selected piror to the currently selected one.
