This vanilla parclo SPUI was inspired by the I-94 and Sheyenne St. junction[maps.app.goo.gl] in West Fargo, ND, USA.

TL;DR: The asset is big, but yes, it works! To make sure it works properly, you probably shouldn't change it too much.

Let's get the obvious out of the way: This asset is big. It's so big, the roads went beyond the Asset Editor boundaries. Having said that, all roads in the interchange were built in vanilla fashion (and require no mods).

You might ask, "Why are the ramps so long on the non-cloverleaf side?" The reason is the traffic AI. The ramps need to be that long so that vehicles will choose the appropriate roads to enter and exit the interchange. It's recommended you keep the interchange as-is. If you bulldoze and redraw shorter roads, you risk unintended vehicular behavior. If you change anything, monitor the traffic to make sure the vehicles are using the interchange properly.

Lane mathematics has been applied to the asset. If you upgrade the roads, make sure you check this to optimize efficiency.

At this point, you've probably gathered that this interchange has been tested in-game. That's absolutely correct! Much testing went into making sure this asset works as intended. Traffic has been monitored using this asset, and the asset handles traffic quite well!

Something else to consider is that SPUIs sometimes struggle with heavy traffic in Cities: Skylines. While I saw improvements in traffic when testing this asset, you'll want to monitor the traffic after placing it down. Also, after placement and connecting the roads, you should make sure no additional signals have been added. You can do so by selecting Info Views > Traffic Routes > Junctions in the game. If additional signals were added, simply click them to turn them off so only the single signal remains in the interchange.

Detailing (trees, bushes) has been done on the asset to give it a nice touch. The paths and trees can easily be removed if you don't prefer them. Or, maybe you want to build on what was added and add more detailing to the interchange. It's up to you!

Lastly, most of my other assets use overpasses with a height of 12m. This ensures no streetlights protrude through the overpass. However, this asset uses 9m with no protruding streetlights whatsoever.
