Description
Allows exchanging cities with Players using a modified Peace Deal city transfer screen. As in that screen, the AI can calculate the value of each respective city, so you can trade cities both ways. As a UI screen, this can be installed mid play-through.

There is a setting you can do when setting up a game to make it for Allies only, Human players only, or unrestricted.

Note: A known issue in the game means if you lose a city that a trade route paths through, you also lose the trade route. This occurs even without my mod on, but is important to consider when thinking of settlements to trade.

This should be possible only in very very very rare situations. The question is if AI understands it.

It's a mod that changes the minimum distance between settlements to 5 tiles.

It was clashing with another mod, the 5 mile radius mod, once I removed the other mod it worked again.
