Update: Tried again and even put it to 226%. Still the same problem. 2 transport boats and one tank

This seems like a really good campaign over all. But for some reason it seems the Allies are not spawning in fast enough or really at all. Maybe one or two boats back and forth and then a tank. But that is it

Man, this campaign is flawless! Excellent job! Can't believe it took this long to get a Guam campaign.
