This mod replaces Priam’s model and 2D portrait with an updated version imported from Pharaoh, giving him a more regal and detailed appearance.

🛡 New 3D model (used in diplomacy screens)

🖼 New 2D portrait (matches the new look)

✅ Compatible with both new and ongoing campaigns

⚙ Cosmetic only — no changes to stats or mechanics

Note: Priam is not a playable character, but he frequently appears during diplomacy if you play as any Trojan faction.
