What does this mod do?
This mod overhauls the Hacking Computer mod to be better-compatible with Industrial Overhaul's build & assembly process

YOU MUST LOAD THIS MOD ABOVE THE ORIGINAL HACKING COMPUTER MOD, OR THIS MOD WILL NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY

Changes:
- Block Recipes now use IO components
- Removed old Hacking Computer component recipe, and added a new recipe to the IO Assembler
