[VScript] Ghost Mode Spawn Sounds

Description
If you spawn yourself through ghost mode in vanilla l4d2, your special infected never does their spawn vocalization, either playing idle sounds instead or remaining silent (in case of a standing hunter). This mod fixes that.

Works in Local Servers and Singleplayer only.

Can you make the achievement sound play from the first game? It's still in the files as ui/pickup_misc42 and the soundscript for it is still there
