Based off the hatchet man concept art from NMRiH

I didn't want to give ellis a crappy edited face texture so I decided to give him hunters hat as a replacement ( Hunter is also from NMRiH )

just worked, after reinstalling 3 times, im not actually sure what caused it to work lol
