What I do is record some footage of the chart playing, then match it up with the video in an editing program that can export to Webm like Shotcut (Davinci doesnt support webm unfortunately)
then I put it in the game, and more often than not it's not exactly on time so I check if its late or early and then adjust accordingly, rerendering the whole thing.
It's very tedious and time consuming especially if you've got a high quality video that takes some time to render, I got lucky and only needed 2 renders for this one but feel good inc actually took me like 10 tries way back when and i have every webm copy still in my computer files, LOL
If Webm files aren't working at all for you, then idk, that would be a question for the developers. Maybe its an encoding thing?
