That hotel over there is ruining my sunbathing routine! They don't even have furniture!

If you couldn't tell from that $atisfied customer's quote, there's an insanely tall hotel giving a few buildings some dreadful shade. It's a terrible hotel, and they haven't bothered to install anything more than a reception desk. They don't even have doors! In hindsight, that customer didn't complain about more than a quarter of that; they should go get their eyes checked...

Aside from the hotel, there are a few other buildings, connected with some roads. There's a few parking lots, of course, with some cars left. None of these buildings have furniture, though. At this point, I'm confident that a burglar ran through this place. Or, was it a criminal mastermind? Quite a lot was stolen, and I don't see any bullet holes from a security helicopter.

In addition, there's a new city off in the distance. Aside from a few wannabe-sun-blocking-skyscrapers, it seems like people cared enough to have furniture and theft protection... for the most part.

The different versions of the map are simply choices for spawn points; they both include the full map. The city and hotel are connected with a highway in both versions.
Notice! This map takes more than 30 seconds to load, along with extending the game's startup time. I advise against reloading the map. But otherwise, it works; trusst me.
