English patch for「Tabletop Rework For Cathay(v1.2)」

Description
· Due to the previous Tabletop Rework version being trapped in endless hidden review (caused by excessive links on its description page), we've uploaded this new iteration to prevent potential save corruption. The mod's content remains functionally identical to its predecessor. If you previously subscribed to the hidden version, please switch to this new release to ensure continued functionality. The content remains identical – only the Workshop visibility has been resolved
·v1.2 (Original Version) is now restored on Steam. Please keep on subscribe to v1.2

·This mod serves as the English Localization Patch for Tabletop Reskin For Cathay, completing all mount and ability descriptions. Ensure it overrides the main mod in your mod manager for proper functionality
··There is another English patch(enhanced for native-level fluency): https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3513268253&searchtext=tabletop+reskin huge thanks for OHM

Tuesday are maintenance day for steam. Mods uploaded/updated then sometime fail. A new update generally fixed it for me.

I see, either the file size is too big or someone at CA is going through everything to ensure no copyright or things GW don't like I guess. Hopes to see the mod back soon!

@Leonardo I'm not sure. After I updated the main mod yesterday, the Workshop showed it was under review, and it's still under review now. If it still hasn't passed review by tomorrow, I might reupload the main mod to see if that helps.

Just checked and you already did lol.

So no matter what the user do, the english loc will always overwrite the chinese one in any situation.

Add some !! to the .loc files name and load order won't matter :)
