No Disable from Mutants or Grenades

Description
Mutant roars and grenades no longer disable your movement or slow time.
There is still a visual blur effect and camera movement effect, but you no longer lose control of your character.

This effect occurs for grenades, bloodsuckers, controllers, burers, and pseudogiants.

I'm not sure. They use the same "concussion" effect. I didn't find a way to separate them, but it might still be possible.
