@Young_Law the 95% vacuum seal has nothing to do with protection against vacuum burns.
the armor IS full coverage so burns do not happen while wearing it IF you get burns its either another mod messing with things it shoulden OR a base game bug.

i just tested it and Vac burns is not a thing while wearing the armor.
you do however run out of air eventually as its only 95% sealed.
and the -75 cold is definitly causing hypothermia.

The Jango Armor only gives 95% vaccum so they still get vac burn
