Rigged Dice

Changes the dice rolls of enemies and/or allies to be rigged.

- EnemyRoll:

• Min: always roll min. (default)
  
• Max: always roll max.
  
• Normal: default dice roll.

- AllyRoll:

• Min: always roll min.
  
• Max: always roll max. (default)
  
• Normal: default dice roll.

- AffectSpeedDice:

• true: the roll also affect speed dice roll. (default)
  
• false: nothing changes.

- DisableDiceChanges:

• true: passive/emotion/buff that would modify the dice are disabled - may have bugs.
  
• false: nothing changes. (default)

Under "Steam/steamapps" in "workshop/content/1256670/3513538690" or "common/Library Of Ruina/LibraryOfRuina_Data/Mods/3513538690"

Should be compatible with any mod, unless it modifies the dice like "DiceRollFix".
